Ocho Limbs Strength & Conditioning
At Ocho Limbs, our Strength & Conditioning program is designed for athletes of all ages — from kids building coordination to adults pushing peak performance. Every session blends functional strength, athletic conditioning, and recovery science to improve speed, endurance, and resilience inside and outside the gym.
We focus on:
✅ Strength Training – bodyweight, kettlebells, dumbbells, resistance bands, and compound lifts adapted to every level.
✅ Conditioning – circuits, interval training, and combat-sport-specific drills to boost endurance.
✅ Mobility & Injury Prevention – dynamic stretching, balance drills, and core stability to keep athletes safe and performing at their best.
✅ Athlete Development – age-appropriate programming for kids/teens and performance-driven training for adults.
Our program is built on science, safety, and progression — no gimmicks, no wasted reps. Just results.
🕓 Tuesday & Thursday, 4:45–5:30 PM: Kids Strength & Conditioning – Fitness,
Focus, agility circuits, coordination, fun challenges, safe bodyweight exercises Speed.
Adult Strength & Conditioning (13+)
Tuesday & Thursday: 6:00 – 7:00 PM Power, endurance, explosive performance

Our Group Strength & Conditioning program is built for sports teams of all levels — baseball, football, basketball, soccer, cheer, wrestling, and more. Whether it’s off-season development, in-season conditioning, or pre-season prep, Ocho Limbs delivers elite-level training designed for your sport.

Schedule Options
📅 Flexible booking available for:
Pre-season intensive blocks (4–6 weeks)
In-season maintenance sessions (1–2x per week)
Off-season performance training (2–4x per week)
⏰ Teams can choose:
Morning (6–8 AM) before school/work
Afternoon (3–5 PM) after school but before evening practices
Weekend blocks for full-team development
Class Format (75 Minutes)
Dynamic Warm-Up & Mobility – injury prevention, joint prep
Strength Training – power lifts, bodyweight, and sport-specific movements
Conditioning & Speed Work – sprints, agility ladders, plyometrics
Cool Down & Recovery Integration – stretching, compression therapy, or red light sessions (optional add-on)
Team Rate: flat fee per session (up to 20 athletes) Per Athlete Rate: discounted pricing for larger rosters Custom Packages: available for schools, clubs, and travel teams
